3. Appointments & Consultations

  • Appointments can be scheduled through our website. We use third party software called ‘MediTrack’ for online consultations and tele-medicine under our domain, MediTrack is not responsible for refunds and any other payment related activities inside this domain. You agree to provide accurate personal and medical information during booking.
  • All consultations are subject to availability.
  • The consultation is intended for the booked individual only and may not be transferred to another person without prior approval.
  • We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing information. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of such information.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice. Any promotions or discounts are valid for a limited time and may be subject to additional terms and conditions.

4. Payment Terms

  • All fees for consultations must be paid in full at the time of booking.
  • We reserve the right to change consultation fees at any time. Any changes will not affect bookings already confirmed and paid for.
  • You agree to provide valid and up-to-date payment information and authorize us to charge the total order amount, including applicable taxes and shipping fees, to your chosen payment method.
  • We use trusted third-party payment processors to handle your payment information securely. We do not store or have access to your full payment details.
  • There are two products called online consultation- regular (within 3 days)- LKR 5000/- and ⁠online consultation- urgent (within a day)- LKR 8000/-

5. Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refunds

  • Please refer to our separate Return & Refund Policy for detailed information.
  • Rescheduling is allowed with at least 24 hours’ notice.
  • Refunds are only issued if the doctor is unavailable for the scheduled consultation.

6. Patient Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide honest and accurate health information.
  • Attend the consultation on time.
  • Follow medical advice and treatment plans as discussed.
  • Not record or share any part of the consultation without prior written consent.
