  • If the patient fails to attend the scheduled consultation.
  • If the patient cancels the appointment without prior notice or within 24 hours of the scheduled time.
  • If the patient is unsatisfied with the consultation or outcome. Medical consultations are based on clinical judgment and are not guaranteed to result in a specific diagnosis or treatment plan.
  • If technical issues on the patient’s side (e.g., poor internet connection, audio/video issues) prevent a successful consultation.
  • Processing Time: Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 7 business days after we receive your dispute. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
  • Return Shipping: Not shipping items in this website.
  • Exchanges: No exchanges available in this website.
  • Subscription/ Recurrent Fee: We won’t deliver subscription or recurrent fee.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Appointments may be rescheduled at no additional cost if the request is made at least 24 hours in advance.
