- If the patient fails to attend the scheduled consultation.
- If the patient cancels the appointment without prior notice or within 24 hours of the scheduled time.
- If the patient is unsatisfied with the consultation or outcome. Medical consultations are based on clinical judgment and are not guaranteed to result in a specific diagnosis or treatment plan.
- If technical issues on the patient’s side (e.g., poor internet connection, audio/video issues) prevent a successful consultation.
- Processing Time: Refunds and exchanges will be processed within

business days after we receive your dispute. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider. - Return Shipping: Not shipping items in this website.

- Subscription/ Recurrent Fee: We won’t deliver subscription or recurrent fee.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Appointments may be rescheduled at no additional cost if the request is made at least 24 hours in advance.
